WRITING CLASS
Writing class is the first class I started this semester. It's also one of the most important tasks in life as we age. As we age, our language skills naturally begin to decline. Even those who were once eloquent and logical often find themselves quickly forgetting what they were trying to say, having trouble remembering the names of familiar people and objects, or losing track of the topic.
Just as it's important to build physical muscles, it's equally important to train your brain. The best way to maintain cognitive function is through writing.



Time to get to know myself better through writing

Through writing, I can discover my own existence, release suppressed emotions and the lump in my chest, and heal my heart.
This is the greatest advantage of writing.
