Nanta can be said to be a senior guardian that protects both mental and physical health.

Because I have lived for a long time as a right-handed person and a left-handed person
When you use both hands in Nanta, parts of your body that you haven't used before are stimulated and your brain develops.

The overall body balance is adjusted and the lack of social skills that comes with aging is resolved.

It is good for preventing dementia by learning and memorizing rhythms, overcoming depression, relieving stress, etc.
Sing along to your favorite hymns and trot songs and get a full body workout.
Also, because Nanta uses the entire body from head to toe, it is very helpful for body balance.
The recoil from beating the drum stimulates our internal organs, making it good for those with stomach or intestinal problems.

It is not a difficult Nanta, but it is a very fun performance that combines exciting songs and dances.

It will be an exciting knock.
